Mia Duddridge Trusts and Foundations Manager Mia was The Trust Partnership’s first employee. She is now the most senior administrator in our Gloucestershire based team as well as being a mentor and guide for other team members. Jill Lawrence Service Director Jill has considerable experience in almshouse clerking and management and has a clear dedication to supporting vulnerable people having had a lengthy career in a large public sector organisation. Jill has particular experience in helping almshouse clients to meet regulatory and best practice responsibilities. Jill is a well-respected clerk providing services to a variety of almshouse and grant-making clients within The Trust Partnership. Elizabeth Fathi Client Director Elizabeth has worked in the charity sector for over twenty years primarily as chief executive of a large almshouse charity with additional experience as both chair and trustee of a variety of charities and community-led organisations. She has previously worked in planning and development as a consultant. Governance and compliance have been central to Elizabeth’s work with charities and she has been instrumental as a mentor and coach to many charities who have looked to meet those regulations in a relevant and proportionate way. She has experience in incorporation, mergers, policy writing, strategy review and implementation as well as interim chief executive work. Elizabeth is former Chairman and current Board member of The Almshouse Association, a national charity representing 1600 almshouse providers. Catherine Ind Associate Clerk to Trustees Catherine joined The Trust Partnership in the Spring of 2025, bringing her wide foundation management experience, having led the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation for more than seven years. Over three decades, the Foundation has made grants of more than £135 million to hundreds of worthy causes, supporting transformational change in lives across the UK and overseas. Catherine’s experience of managing all of the affairs of a foundation, from governance to grantmaking, and her former career in fundraising and strategic organisational change in the charitable sector, will be invaluable in supporting our client trusts and coordinating the activities of our expert administrators and accountants. Adele Alderwick Administrator Adele joined The Trust Partnership in January 2023 with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Gloucestershire. Adele is the administrator for the Hopkins and Sneyd Almshouse Charity, The Hospital of William Parson and The Clarke Charitable Settlement. Clare Westwood Administrator Clare joined us in 2025. Her career began in the food industry, where armed with a BA(Hons) Degree she worked as a New Product Development Manager, and later Technical Sales Manager. After a career break to look after a growing family, Clare retrained as a Higher Level Teaching Partner, and worked for 10 years in Primary Education, specialising in English, Maths and PE. Sarah James Clerk Sarah joined The Trust Partnership in early 2026, bringing over two decades of experience in the charitable sector, with a strong background in governance, operations, and strategic support. Her career spans roles in project management and capacity building, both in the UK and internationally, with a consistent focus on social mobility and widening access to education. For the past ten years, Sarah has led a digital mentoring programme in Wales as Project Director for The Mullany Fund, driving initiatives that support young people’s access to healthcare and STEM careers. She’s been responsible for managing the board’s affairs including compliance, safeguarding and GDPR, and overseeing financial processes.
