Adele Alderwick

Adele joined The Trust Partnership in January 2023 with a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Gloucestershire. Adele is the administrator for the Hopkins and Sneyd Almshouse Charity, The Hospital of William Parson and The Clarke Charitable Settlement.Clare Westwood
Administrator
Clare joined us in 2025. Her career began in the food industry, where armed with a BA(Hons) Degree she worked as a New Product Development Manager, and later Technical Sales Manager. After a career break to look after a growing family, Clare retrained as a Higher Level Teaching Partner, and worked for 10 years in Primary Education, specialising in English, Maths and PE. Her love of sports finds her on the tennis courts and has started to play pickleball too. Clare enjoys watching her adult sons play football for a local club and enjoying live music and theatre with her husband.
Clare is a Grant Administrator for the D’Oyly Carte Charitable Trust and John Coates Charitable Trust, also working with the Burford School Foundation.
Daja Millward
Administrator
Daja previously worked in sales and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion Philosophy and Ethics from the University of Gloucestershire. Daja joined The Trust Partnership in June 2023 and is the administrator for Penn and Smith Almshouses, Norton Folgate Almshouses, West Hackney Almshouse Charity, Drapers Almshouse Charity and Hackney Parochial Charities.Dawn Salt

Dawn has many years’ experience working as an administrator, latterly in the charitable sector.
Dawn is responsible for the administration for The Ashley Family Foundation and Action Bladder Cancer UK and provides administrative support to the 1930 Fund for District Nurses and Waterberg Welfare Society Trust.
Jay Driver
Administrator
Jay has over 30 years of administration experience in various sectors including within General Insurance and latterly the Private Care Sector.
Jay is the administrator for Parmiters’ Almshouse and Pension Charity and Hackney Free and Parochial Schools Educational Trust.
Jenny Wakeford
Property Maintenance Co-ordinator
Jenny is the Property Maintenance Coordinator for the Almshouse team. Prior to joining The Trust Partnership, Jenny gained valuable experience in Property Maintenance through working in both the Private and Public Housing Sector.Peter Gee
Senior Administrator
Peter has worked with us since 2016, and prior to this for 12 years in adult social care. Peter is responsible for the administration of the Hackney Parochial Charities, West Hackney Parochial Charity, South Hackney Parochial Charity, and Hackney Joint Estate Charity, which administers an estate of property in East London.
Peter is also the administrator for The Linder Foundation. Peter works with a variety of contractors, charity applicants, third party supporting organisations, as well as vulnerable beneficiaries. Peter has also volunteered at a local school, and serves on a parish church council, using his many years of experience working with churches in local community settings.
Sherilyn Lewis
Administrator
Sherilyn has over 30 years of experience as an administrator covering a variety of sectors including the House Building Industry, Higher Education and IT solutions.
Sherilyn is the administrator for The Wixamtree Trust, Norton Folgate Almshouses Charities, The Nightingale Fellowship, DHL UK Foundation and Belron Ronnie Lubner Charitable Foundation.
Toni Smith
Administrator
Toni joined The Trust Partnership in 2025. She has a PhD from the University of Birmingham and several years’ experience in research and impact on issues connected to gender-based violence. She is a trustee for GRACE International, a charity which supports children born of war, and conflict-affected communities.
Toni is an administrator for The Radcliffe Trust, The Johnnie Johnson Trust, Sears Group Trust, Action Bladder Cancer UK, The Charles Russell Speechlys Foundation, and The Savoy Educational Trust.
Tracey Warner
Administrator
Tracey has many years of experience as an Administrator. She began her journey with The Trust Partnership in 2014, supporting the TrustCSR Corporate clients with their grant programmes. She moved when that part of the business was acquired in 2018, continuing with the client service and grant administration managing her own team of account coordinators.
Tracey returned to The Trust Partnership in 2023 as a Grants Administrator. She is responsible for The Kays Foundation, DHL UK Foundation, NHS Blood & Transplant, Mrs Smith and Mount Trust, The Sir Simon Milton Foundation and the Reta Lila Howard Foundation and Reta Lila Weston Trust.
