Clerk to the Trustees

Jen is joining The Trust Partnership in the Spring of 2025, bringing 15+ years’ experience as a seasoned attorney focused on international governance and grant-making both in private practice, and as Associate General Counsel and Senior Director of Risk and Compliance at Benevity. Jen has established charitable organizations and advised Boards of Trustees of charitable Foundations across numerous global jurisdictions, leveraging a relationship-centred and pragmatic approach with deep expertise in strategy, law, risk, growth operations and high-performance team development.

Appropriately focused on details, Jen has the practical skills to support Trustees in the diligent management of their governance duties to enable them to drive global social impact. She advises on matters relating to regulatory compliance, risk, employment, internal and external audit, anti-fraud and anti-money laundering.

Jen regularly teaches and speaks at professional conferences, in higher education institutions and to executive programs including Harvard University’s Executive Education for Sustainability Leadership.
