Urgent Repairs over the Christmas Period:
The office will be closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 at 5pm until Thursday 2 January 2025 at 9am. However, our Out of Hours service will be available for almshouse residents.
If you are an almshouse resident in need of an urgent repair, please call our usual Out of Hours service.
If you are a Draper’s or Penn & Smith resident, please pull your cord or call Anchor On Call on 0300 123 7101.
If you are a Hackney Parish Almshouse Charity resident, please call 0345 600 7875. All other almshouse residents, pull the cord in your flat or call 01285 701 116.
